Periodically I have thoughts, ideas and epiphanies.

This is where some of them will live. Over the years there have been a number of times where I feel inspired post something up for public review and try to do so in a manner that is well thought out. Sometimes with citations and footnotes. FB seems like the natural outlet for stuff like that, but one of the terrible things about the FB format is that posts and information there get lost in the shuffle. Things I’ve spent many hours thinking about, researching and committing to text, are buried beneath posts about cute dogs, funny comedians and memes. I want something like the modblog of bygone days – a place where I can toss things up to the universe for others to see, but something that is actually preserved and I can refer to in later years.

Things you may find here will have little to do with the video series. They will however open a window into the person that is me. What you find there might not be agreeable to you and if you enjoy the series for what it is, maybe this section is not for you. Nonetheless – I decided to include it. At least for now.
